Our story
Started by the people doing the work
Valtive started when a small group of QA engineers left their previous company — not out of frustration, but because they saw a better way to do things. The structural problems they kept running into weren't technical. They were about process, communication, and ownership. So they built a team where those things would be done right.
The team has grown since then, and QA engineers still lead the work day to day — the same focus on process, communication, and ownership that started it all.
Our engineers work from Ukraine, Spain, Poland and Lithuania, and the company is registered in Estonia — a distributed team that works closely with clients wherever they are.
How we work
Four rules that do not change
They hold on every plan, from a single manual tester to a full-stack SDET.

-
Month to month
No lock-in and no notice period. Switch tier or stop at the end of any month.
-
Starts in 24–72 hours
After a scoping call. No hiring, onboarding or ramp-up to pay for.
-
Try it first
A 60-hour free trial on your actual product before any plan starts.
Where we have shipped
